Changes/Cancellations

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel or make changes. Respectfully, changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email within 24 hours of placing the order to molinaonline@finejeweler.com. Please be sure to include your order number, name, and your contact information along with the changes you wish to make. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if we are unable to fill your order.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Molina Fine Jewelers website are quoted in U.S. dollars. We do our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors in pricing may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

Purchases may be made either directly through the Molina Fine Jewelers’ Online Boutique or through the assistance of our online Concierge.

Online purchases may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the continental U.S. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other locations at this time. Return Policy/Return Authorization Process

The return process below must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please e-mail molinaonline@finejeweler.com or you may contact Customer Service by calling 602-508-1653, Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm MST and Saturday, 11:00am to 5:00pm MST.

Return Authorization

Molina Fine Jewelers must be contacted within 25 days of the purchase date to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for the item to be returned (subject to the guidelines listed below).

Please email molinaonline@finejeweler.com or call 602-508-1653 to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Return Shipping Label

Once the RA number has been assigned, Molina Fine Jewelers will send a FedEx overnight label and Return Authorization Form to your address with the appropriate insurance. The expense for the return shipping including insurance will be deducted from your refund.

Package Your Return

Items will be accepted if returned in the original shipping box, items are in new condition along with the sales receipt, original merchandise box(es), any original documentation such as certificates and tags and the Return Authorization form.

Shipping Your Return

A preaddressed overnight FedEx airbill will be sent to you for your use in returning your items(s).

You are also welcome to visit our store to take care of your return or exchange within 30 days of purchase date.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact us at molinaonline@finejeweler.com or contact Customer Service at 602-508-1653, Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm MST and Saturday, 11:00am to 5:00pm MST

Return Authorization Guidelines

To ensure a speedy and satisfactory return process, please understand the following guidelines and restrictions prior to requesting a Return Authorization Number:

  • The Return Authorization Number must be requested within 25 days of purchase.
  • Products custom made, engraved, or altered to the customer’s request according to finger size, metal type, carat weight, etc. are non-returnable.
  • If the returned product(s) is not exactly the same as the product(s) that was shipped to the customer, then the product(s) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
  • Returns received without being sent through the Return Authorization Process will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Inventory Department. Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Engraved merchandise may not be returned. Returns without a Return Authorization Form or merchandise that is improperly packaged will not be accepted for return.

Sales Tax

State and local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Molina Fine Jewelers charges state and local tax as required by applicable law for the state of Arizona and the city of Phoenix.

Shipping/ US Orders

ENJOY COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING ON ALL CONTINENTAL US ORDERS

As part of Molina Fine Jewelers’ dedication to your complete satisfaction, we are pleased to provide complimentary and insured shipping for all Online Boutique purchases for continental United States delivery. Your fine jewelry purchase will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days after order submission for delivery of in-stock items. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If your order includes one of our handcrafted pieces which requires individual creation, you will receive an estimated date of completion upon review of your order.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Molina Fine Jewelers does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Molina Fine Jewelers is able to accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs.

For security reasons, all purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

Currently Molina Fine Jewelers is only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the continental United States. We invite clients interested in international purchases to contact us for assistance. Please see our International & Telephone Purchases policy below.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address. Molina Fine Jewelers does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or hotels.

Signature Gift Wrap

All Molina Fine Jewelers online purchases are exquisitely gift wrapped in a classic heavy stock gift paper, tied with a Molina signature ribbon, and finished with a hand stamped blue Molina crest wax seal.

Women's items are wrapped in our crisp white gift paper and tied with a blue Molina signature ribbon. Men's items are wrapped in our royal blue gift paper and tied with a white Molina signature ribbon. Upon special request, we are happy to accommodate your request of a white on white or blue on blue gift wrap combination.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery. Molina, Inc. accepts wire transfers as a method of payment for all merchandise.
